Rules for using MemoMorrow.

1. Acceptance

By using MemoMorrow, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional terms shown for specific features or paid plans. If you do not agree, do not use MemoMorrow.

2. What MemoMorrow does

MemoMorrow helps you capture, organise, summarise, search, plan, journal, and review personal learning material. Features may change as the product develops.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account, passphrase, devices, and backups secure. You must provide accurate information and must not access another person’s account without permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, files, photos, voice notes, plans, journals, and other content you add to MemoMorrow. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and transform that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, including AI features when enabled.

5. AI output

AI-generated summaries, tags, flashcards, transcripts, and answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for high-stakes decisions. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

6. Pro plans and payments

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, limits, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases may also be governed by the relevant app store’s terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse MemoMorrow, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

8. Availability and changes

MemoMorrow may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every feature.

9. Backups and exports

MemoMorrow aims to support portable exports, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoMorrow is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or if continued operation is not practical. You may stop using MemoMorrow at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms should be reviewed and finalised for the jurisdiction used by Aarubi Ltd before public launch.
