MemoMorrow is a private second-brain and learning-memory product operated by Aarubi Ltd. References to “MemoMorrow”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of the MemoMorrow websites and app.

Information you provide

• Account and access information, such as email address and authentication details.
• Content you save, including notes, links, quotes, files, photos, voice notes, transcripts, plans, tasks, journal entries, summaries, tags, and flashcards.
• Support messages and feedback you send to us.
• Billing information if paid plans are introduced. Payment card details should be handled by a payment provider, not stored directly by MemoMorrow.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and approximate region.
• Usage information, such as pages visited, features used, errors, and performance data.
• Security information, such as IP address, access times, session events, and logs.

3. How we use information

• To provide, secure, and maintain MemoMorrow.
• To store, retrieve, summarise, search, organise, and review your saved material.
• To process uploads, voice transcription, AI enrichment, and answer generation when those features are enabled.
• To provide support, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
• To manage subscriptions, payments, trials, and product updates if paid plans are offered.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

4. AI processing

MemoMorrow may use third-party AI providers to summarise content, generate tags, transcribe voice notes, create flashcards, or answer questions from your saved library. When AI features are enabled, relevant content may be sent to those providers for processing. We aim to send only the information needed for the requested feature.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal notes or saved library content. We may share information with service providers that help us operate MemoMorrow, such as hosting, database, storage, AI, analytics, email, payments, and support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide MemoMorrow, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and enforce agreements. You should regularly export your own backups. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups or logs before removal.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so you are responsible for protecting your login details, using strong passphrases, and keeping backups of important information.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

9. Children

MemoMorrow is not intended for children under 13, and is not designed for use by children without appropriate parental or school supervision where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as MemoMorrow develops. The updated date will show when changes were made.
